Meet all the heroes
There are 16 superheroes, each with an animal sidekick. Every hero comes in 4 styles (Brave, Calm, Eager and Gentle), which makes 64. Add an element and they become heroes "of the Flame", "of the Mountain", "of the Winds" or "of the Tides"!

What this is
Hexacter Heroes is a short, playful self-reflection activity for children aged about 6β12. It uses the same six dimensions and letter codes as the adult Hexacter test (e.g. ISFJ-TH), with simplified wording, a 5-face answer scale and original cartoon superheroes. Every result leads with strengths. The heroes are original characters, not based on any film, comic or TV franchise.
Please keep in mind
- It's a conversation starter, not a label. Children's preferences are still forming and often change.
- It isn't a psychological or educational assessment, and it hasn't been validated for children. Don't use it for diagnosis, placement, grouping or discipline.
- Younger children (6β8) tend to answer the way they'd like to be. Choose "a grown-up will read with me" and read the statements neutrally.
- Star signs are included for fun only. There is no scientific link between birth date and personality.
How it's scored
There are 4 statements for each dimension, 2 worded toward each side. Faces score from β2 to +2. The hexagon shows how strongly each side shows, from 0 (balanced) to 100 (very strong), and stars group those scores into five levels. An exactly tied dimension takes the letter from the most recent "So me!" or "Not me!" answer on it.
